Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — CleanTrip is completely free. No ads, no subscriptions, no hidden fees. It will always be free.
Search for a route or use Near Me to find stops near you. Tap any stop to open its detail page, then rate the cleanliness with 1–5 stars and add optional tags and notes. You'll need to be signed in to submit a review.
Yes — you can review the same stop again after 10 days. This lets you update your rating if conditions have changed since your last visit.
Users can report that a stop doesn't have a public bathroom available. Once a stop receives enough reports, it gets flagged and removed from the map to keep results accurate.
Open the stop in the app and tap "Report an Issue with this Stop" at the bottom of the page. This opens an email to our team with the stop details pre-filled so we can investigate.
Go to your Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." You can also request deletion by visiting cleantrip.app/delete-account or emailing hello@cleantrip.app.
We collect your email address, display name, and the reviews you submit. Location is used only while searching — we don't store or track your location. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Badges are awarded automatically when you hit certain milestones — like submitting your first review, reaching 10 reviews, or completing your first trip. You can see your badges on your Profile tab.
